have been involved with many new build projects in Education and Mental Health
facilities' including Penwortham school in Streatham. New build of sheltered accommodation in Wembley as well as Creche buildings in Tower Hamlets for Sure start Schemes.
DTK undertook all aspects of building and furnishing the works for various Contractors and Local authorities .
DTK Started trading in 1990. DTK worked for Lambeth Islington and Camden councils. Work consisted of Void refurbishments along with Legal contracts including underpinning and flat conversions. We then migrated to Social housing works and completed 1330 kitchens and 942 bathrooms for Wates from 2003 to 2007. The job was completed 6 months early and DTK attained KPI's of 93%. DTK now concentrate on residential domestic work with some commercial work taken on such as Sure start schemes and local authority projects. I have built up good teams over the years and many of my sub-contractors have been with me since we started.
